Cards Against Disorganization

Last week we were separated into groups and tasked with laying out a deck of cards in a predetermined grid. I had Justin, Jacob and Christina in my group. We thought we had a pretty good plan so Jacob just said 90 seconds as a guess. We then felt a bit nervous so we went with 2 minutes. It actually took 90 seconds the first time. We didn’t exactly have a leader. We pieced a plan together and went with it. It worked well enough once that we just decided to try to improve on our movements and keep our method. We got better every time and ended up with the quickest time in all three heats. Our improvement just came from practicing a good plan to shave time off.
